poll of honest opinion for all who might happen to read
Should I 1 not study abroad next fall knowing I could in the summer or do missions stuff immediately after graduation. and be a camp counselor somewhere this summer 2 study abroad
I heard a great quote from Dawson Trotman, the founder of Navigators. "When you can't see very far ahead, go ahead as far as you can see." I think this one, along with your Jim Elliot quote tells me you are trying to be all there in your time at CCU, which is great. It also tells me that it's not so important to figure everything out today. Keep praying and keep exploring your opportunities and you'll get to an answer in God's time. Love you, Dad
You mentioned in your last post your passion for ministry, which is really inspiring. Studying abroad is an experience that probably wont be easily available after you graduate, so my first instinct was to go with option 2. But at the same time, if doing ministry satisfies you more than the idea of studying abroad, then I would go with what you would enjoy the most.
God will answer your prayers for answers, though. So ultimately, I feel like prayer is the best way to seek the best option.

ReplyDeleteLove you,

You and i have talked about this, so you know my motherly feelings about it. But i have to agree with daddy - keep praying, the answer will come.
